Time to review and change your menu prices?

There’s a lot of talk of food price increases everywhere in the world at the moment. I really don’t think this is going to change but the good thing is that consumers are well aware of this. This awareness makes this a very good time to review menu prices and change accordingly.
Increasing prices can be a very hard thing to do to your loyal clientele but if you’re aware of your true costs and can justify the increases I’m sure your they will understand. You’re not the only one putting prices up at the moment – we’re seeing record gas prices and food prices are up 28 percent on this time last year. The gas companies don’t waste time putting prices up!
